Customer stories - Meet Andy & Shirley Alexander: “We wouldn’t go anywhere else!”
Andy and Shirley Alexander have been caravanning as a couple for 22 years and love the freedom it gives you. Andy grew up in a caravanning household and his dad worked in caravan manufacturing in the late 40s and early 50s so it's something he’s been around all his life. Some of his earliest childhood memories are of caravanning!

Kevin joined the team in August 2021 and is enjoying the role, especially dealing with the customers. Outside of work he enjoys socialising, playing the keyboard and caravanning with his wife and beagle.

Louise joined the team three years ago and spends her days making sure the caravans are as clean as a whistle! Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her children and doing crafty things such as knitting and cross-stitch when she gets the chance.

Meet Nick Milsom, Workshop Technician
Nick joined the workshop team in January and has enjoyed learning the ropes and getting to know everyone. Outside of work he enjoys hiking and walking, and has recently started taking part in 100k Ultra Challenges.
In May, Nick completed the Jurassic Coast walk to raise money for Alzheimer’s Research, an illness his grandad suffered from. In June, he completed his second 100k Ultra in the Cotswolds and he’s soon to embark on a climb up Snowdon!

Meet Alan Pawley, Workshop Technician
Meet Alan Pawley, Workshop Technician. Alan originally started working at Winchester Caravans and Motorhomes over 20 years ago and after six years away, he rejoined the team last autumn and was warmly welcomed back.
Outside of work he is a stage manager for a local youth theatre group, where he helps run the shows and install the stage equipment for two big performances per year.

Peter has worked in the leisure industry for 24 years and is extremely knowledgeable about caravans and motorhomes. Outside of work he loves keeping active - from long walks with his Labrador Bella, to paddle boarding and kayaking with his family, he’s always on the go!

Meet the team: Lewis Bridge, Shop Manager
Lewis joined the team last summer as a senior sales assistant and has worked his way up to the role of shop manager, a role he was awarded as the dealership reopened at the start of June.
As a retired Wessex League footballer, Lewis now enjoys being part of the local five-a-side team and spending time with his fiancee and two-year-old son, who he is keen to pass his football skills onto!
