  The Practical Caravan Owner Satisfaction Survey 2021 is now open so we’re asking all customers who have purchased a new or pre-owned caravan from us since 1 January 2017 to complete the survey so we can use the feedback to ensure the best possible customer service going forward.

  The survey closes on Saturday 31 October 2020. The results from the survey will inform the Practical Caravan Owner Satisfaction Awards 2021, where the highest achieving manufacturers and dealerships will be recognised for their high levels of customer satisfaction.
