Practical Caravan Owner Satisfaction Survey 2021 - we want your feedback!

The Practical Caravan Owner Satisfaction Survey 2021 is now open so we’re asking all customers who have purchased a new or pre-owned caravan from us since 1 January 2017 to complete the survey so we can use the feedback to ensure the best possible customer service going forward.

The survey closes on Saturday 31 October 2020. The results from the survey will inform the Practical Caravan Owner Satisfaction Awards 2021, where the highest achieving manufacturers and dealerships will be recognised for their high levels of customer satisfaction.

The annual survey, which was first launched in 2012, gives caravan owners the chance to have their say – with the knowledge that the manufacturers and dealers are listening and keen to receive any feedback to continually improve or maintain their service levels.

These awards are based on the experiences of almost 2,500 caravan owners, drawn from the readers of Practical Caravan, members of The Camping and Caravanning Club and more. This will be the fifth year that Practical Caravan has teamed up with the Camping and Caravanning Club to run the awards.

This year’s list of categories are:

• Best Manufacturer (New Caravans)
• Best Manufacturer (Pre-Owned Caravans)
• Best Supplying Dealer (New Caravans)
• Best Supplying Dealer (Pre-Owned Caravans)
• Best Caravan Manufacturer (UK New and Pre-Owned)

In addition to the above category winners, there are also Gold and Silver Awards for high achievers. The Gold standard is achieved by any brand with a satisfaction rating of 80% or more. Silver Awards go to those who achieve a 70-79.9% satisfaction score. The same scoring is applied to the other categories, including pre-owned caravans.

Winchester Caravans and Motorhomes won Best Supplying Dealer of New Caravans in the 2020 Awards, which were celebrated in January. This is one of the most coveted awards and is proof of the high levels of customer service that we are providing our customers with, of which we are extremely proud. We also achieved Gold Award status for the second year running with a show-stopping score of 91.4%.

In 2019 we achieved new caravan dealer Gold status with a score of 87.6%, whilst 2018 saw us win the Pre-Owned Caravan Dealer of the Year Award, with a customer satisfaction score of 99.4%, an outstanding achievement!
