If you’re considering selling your caravan or motorhome or want to upgrade to a newer, bigger or higher-spec model, think Winchester Caravans & Motorhomes! We’re always looking for pre-owned models to add to our stock and we’ll give you a great price!

We’re keen to speak to anyone looking to sell their leisure vehicle, regardless of the make or model, as long as it’s in good condition and ideally between 1 and 10 years old, though we may accept some older models. You don’t even have to be local to Hampshire - we will travel to you to collect (within reason!) so please do keep us in mind.

Similarly, if you’re thinking that 2022 will be the year to upgrade, we can help. Whatever your reason for upgrading - perhaps you want something newer, or bigger to accommodate a growing family, or maybe even one with a few more gadgets and luxuries - we have a range of new and pre-owned models to choose from.

We've been awarded the Gold Award as a Supplying Dealer of New Caravans at the 2021 Owner Satisfaction Awards. The results of the awards were announced at the annual Camping and Caravanning Club industry dinner in November. This extremely prestigious award is testament to the exceptional levels of customer service that we provide our customers with. 

This is the third year running that we’ve gained Gold status, this time with an impressive score of 87.2%. Gold and Silver Awards are awarded to high achieving companies that show quality and consistency, with Gold going to those achieving an average score of 80% or over and Silver to those with a score of between 70% and 80%. We’ve also won several other awards in recent years - in 2020 we were crowned Best Supplying Dealer of New Caravans and 2018 saw us win Best Supplying Dealer of Pre-owned Caravans.

We want to help the customer discover which option will be best for them, to ensure they are happy with their choice long-term. 

Our sales team are friendly, knowledgeable and personable, and because they don’t work on commission, they’re not pushy in the slightest. They equip customers with all the information they need and let them make the decisions themselves. We have many repeat customers, some of whom have been using our services for decades. Although the company changed ownership in 2015, many of the staff members have remained the same and people like to return to a place where they know they are guaranteed first-class service and a few friendly faces!

Our company is made up of four teams - sales, accessories, aftersales and workshop. We’re all extremely knowledgeable in our respective areas and always ready to advise as and when needed. 

Our sales team have unrivalled knowledge of our vehicle ranges and can help you decide which options are likely to suit your needs and lifestyle best. If you’ve already made the decision on vehicle type, we can help you pinpoint how to find the right model with the right spec, at the right price. And if you’re still not sure, there’s no rush, we’re always here when you’re ready to come back for round 2!

Once you’ve taken the leap and purchased your vehicle, our accessory shop team is on hand to help you kit out your new caravan. We can advise on the range of options available, everything from awnings and leisure batteries to cups and plates!

Our after sales team will put you at ease right from the start. From arranging delivery of your new vehicle to dealing with any issues that arise, you’ll always feel well looked after with us! You can also rest assured that your vehicle will be in very safe hands in our workshop - our technicians have all been industry-trained, ready to undertake servicing and repairs as and when needed.

We pride ourselves on bringing only the best products to our customers, giving you peace of mind that anything you purchase from us will be of the highest quality. We stock the two largest and most popular caravan brands on the market - Bailey and Swift, giving you access to the latest models available. We also stock a range of pre-owned caravans from the top manufacturers and we ensure everything on our forecourt is in tip top condition.

In 2020, we extended our product offering into pre-owned motorhomes and stock a range of high-quality vehicles, including VW campers. We later launched the new Bailey motorhome range to give our customers even more choice.
